The role You will: Lead and develop a team of 4 to 5, setting priorities and building capability. Deliver timely management accounts with clear variance insight. Oversee AP, AR, payroll and the GL, keeping data clean and controls tight. Maintain a robust balance sheet and improve cash flow and balance sheet forecasting. Be audit ready year round and act as the key contact for external auditors. Improve processes, policies and reporting tools, then embed them with the team. About you 3 to 5 years in finance or accounting with proven team leadership. Strong grasp of controls, statutory reporting and audits. Clear communicator who partners well across functions. Advanced Excel and confident with accounting software. Pegasus Opera and payroll exposure are a plus. Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA) is desirable.
