The Role
This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join a Tier 1 Employment team, working on a broad mix of contentious and non‑contentious matters.
You’ll advise leading employers on everything from day‑to‑day HR and strategic advice to tribunal and High Court litigation, TUPE, collective consultations, and senior‑level disputes. The teams client base spans major corporates, public sector bodies, and household‑name organisations, giving you access to technically challenging and rewarding work every day.
You’ll work alongside Legal 500‑ranked Partners who are leaders in the field, providing hands‑on mentorship as you develop your expertise and reputation within a team recognised for its excellence nationwide.
The Ideal Candidate
* A qualified Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
* Confident handling a mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters
* Personable, pragmatic, and commercially minded with strong communication skills
* Highly organised and capable of managing a busy, varied caseload
