About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on, entrepreneurial Director/Head of Operations to act as the CEO’s right hand. You’ll own Panda Drum’s global operations, supply chain, and fulfillment — driving efficiency, systemization, and growth.
You’re not a fit if you’re a corporate “process admin.” We’re looking for a builder-operator — someone who thrives in chaos, creates order, and scales fast-moving systems from the ground up.
Key Requirements
✅ 5–10+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain (DTC/eCommerce $10M–$50M).
✅ Proven track record managing international 3PLs, vendors, and multimillion-$ operations.
✅ Experience building dashboards, SOPs, and scalable systems — not just maintaining them.
✅ Strong financial acumen: margins, forecasting, cost optimization.
✅ Leadership experience managing lean teams (3–15 people).
✅ Tools: Shopify, Amazon, Notion, Slack, n8n, AI tools, Looker Studio/Google Sheets.
✅ Willingness to travel (China, US, EU).
What You’ll Do
* Oversee global operations: supply chain, fulfillment, vendors, and support.
* Build and optimize systems, dashboards, and reporting for efficiency and visibility.
* Lead key growth initiatives — Amazon, wholesale, subscriptions, licensing.
* Manage costs and profitability across all operational channels.
* Build and lead a lean, high-performing team (3–15 people).
* Act as the CEO’s second-in-command, ensuring smooth, data-driven execution.
