Location: Paddington, London
Work Mode: Full-time, in-office
Compensation: Competitive salary from £70k + benefits (including visa sponsorship, pension, private medical care)
We are seeking a tech-savvy, proactive Executive Assistant to support top-level executives at an innovative robotics start-up. The company is focused on developing advanced robots to enhance human capabilities and address labor shortages.
Your Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
* Manage the CEO’s schedule, arrange Zoom meetings, and provide calendar analytics.
* Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to our CEO.
* Maintain databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Airtable, Notion).
* Assist with document preparation, contact management, and correspondence.
* Conduct data mining, compile reports, and support business intelligence efforts.
* Translate business documents (Russian fluency required).
* Support day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 7+ years supporting CEOs, business owners, or UHNW individuals as an Executive or Business Assistant.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, with excellent time management skills.
* Proficient in Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, Jira, Slack, and Notion.
