About the Role
As a Primary ECT, you will:
Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
Work closely with experienced staff and mentors
Begin your ECT induction journey in a supportive setting
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or expected for September 2026)
A passion for primary education and pupil progress
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A proactive and flexible approach to teaching
A commitment to ongoing development and learning as an ECT
