The Exec chef of an award winning hotel is seeking both a Junior Sous and Sous Chef to assist with the running of all sections in the kitchen to ensure smooth service operations. The hotel currently offers rosette dining in the fine dining restaurant, along with a tapas bar menu and afternoon teas. There is also a busy all year round banqueting department which caters for private functions, parties and weddings. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in an up and coming kitchen where you will be expected to support the senior chefs whilst also assisting with the training of the junior members of the team.
Requirements:
This role would suit an experienced junior sous or sous chef looking for an exciting challenge. Previous experience at a similar venue is important, all Chefs applying must have a proven track record working to a minimum of 1 AA rosette level. An eagerness to learn and develop is needed for this role.
