Team Administrator
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm • Pay: £12.60 per hour • Location: West Hull

What You'll Be Doing
* Inputting and tracking payment claims in Excel
* Saving and organising documents in SharePoint
* Monitoring and managing the team inbox in Outlook
* Processing material invoices for payment (Goods receipting)
* Allocating stock from a virtual inventory
* Keeping an eye on stock levels using Excel
What We'd Love You to Have
* Confidence using Excel, Outlook, SharePoint
* Familiarity with FinanceForce (Salesforce) is a bonus!
* A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills
