Compensation

Payment Structure
We do not pay an hourly rate but a fixed fee per day's route for a two-person crew. Our data shows that these fixed fees equate to an average effective rate of £11.10 per hour per person, with a maximum of £11.10 per hour. Additional payments for 5-star customer service are only payable to drivers contracted with us for at least 4 months.
