Field Based Business Development Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join an industry-leading, growing business. Our client is a multiple award-winning provider of Health & Safety, HR, and Employment Law services, leading the market for over 80 years.

We are seeking a proactive, driven BDM with a proven track record in B2B sales, strong self-motivated lead generation skills, and an excellent consultative 'value-based' selling approach.

This role offers a guaranteed minimum salary of £60,000, with a realistic OTE of £90,000. Top performers currently earn over £150,000. Benefits include a company car (Tesla and other hybrid/electric vehicles) or a car allowance of £5,000, plus quarterly bonuses, company holidays, and more.

What you'll be doing:

* Attending face-to-face appointments booked by your telemarketing partners, with motivation to succeed and close deals.
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities, exploring new markets, and building prospective relationships.
* Excelling in a target-driven environment to achieve quarterly sales targets.
* Building and maintaining a sales pipeline proactively.

What you'll bring:

* At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record. Industry-specific experience is not required.
* Confidence in a consultative, value-based sales approach.
* An adaptable mindset to changing audiences, with personable rapport-building skills with prospects including business owners, HR managers, and Board members.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and exceeding sales goals.
* Previous field-based experience is essential.
* Guaranteed minimum salary of £60K, with an OTE of £90K+.
* Uncapped commission scheme and additional bonuses up to £5K per quarter based on deals and revenue.
* Four-week comprehensive industry knowledge training.
