You are a specialist in Compensation and Performance Management in Mondelēz International Digital Services, contributing to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in Compensation and Performance Management to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. You will own technical trouble shooting and configuration and drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that documentation is up to date and that data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law; analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.
Responsibilities:
1. Configure and maintain Workday modules, with a focus on Core and Advanced Compensation and Performance Management.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
3. Perform system testing and troubleshoot issues.
4. Develop and maintain documentation of Workday processes and configurations.
5. Stay up to date on Workday updates and new features.
6. Provide process- and technical support on Workday functionality.
7. Participate in Workday upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications:
13. 2-3 years of experience in Workday configuration.
14. Strong understanding of Workday Compensation and other HR modules.
15. Experience with Workday implementation or upgrades is a plus.

18. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
