We are working with a leading professional services firm to appoint an experienced Head of Reward on a fixed-term contract. This is a senior, hands-on role supporting the business across the full reward agenda, with an immediate start and the potential for the contract to extend beyond the initial four months.The RoleReporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the full reward cycle, providing both strategic direction and operational delivery.
