£160- £230 per day depending on experience, training and qualifications, moving to AWR post 12 weeks

The Role
The purpose of this role is the provision of bridging education to young people currently not attending a mainstream school setting.
1:1 work can be hugely rewarding but requires flexibility, patience in abundance, resilience, initiative and a nurture based approach in what can be quite intensive working situations. It is vital that you can think on your feet, adapt and remain motivated and motivating.
It is vital that you can build effective and lasting working relationships with young people who may have experienced disruption to their education and potentially some challenges in early life.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will:
* Experience of working with young people between 11 and 16 years
* Ideally Qualified Teacher Status. Instructor or Unqualified, but otherwise suitably experienced and referenced teachers may be considered in some instances where planning and curriculum is in place
* Experience of working with young people who may harder to reach
