Red Recruitment is recruiting a Complaints Handler to join a premier Contact Centre outsourcing business who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients. This role is Monday - Friday on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be joining the business during a period of fast growth, giving you lots of potential for opportunities and progression in the future.
The suitable candidate will have previous customer service experience and have strong communication skills.
The salary for this position is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience).
