Job Title: Head of operations – PSV Salary: £65,000-£70,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday Location: Stanwell Reporting directly to the Managing Director, we are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and manage all aspects of depot-based bus operations, including driving staff and the traffic/allocations’ function. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for operational performance, safety, compliance, customer experience, and profitability, within a regulated and unionised environment.
