A highly respected, global architecture practice is looking for a talented Bid Coordinator to join their London Business Development team.

About the Role:
As Bid Coordinator, you’ll be central to the firm’s bid, tender, and business development efforts. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices, helping to craft compelling submissions that reflect the practice’s design excellence and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate bid submissions
• Prepare tender packages
• Oversee quality assurance of bids
• Research, write, and develop content for bids, reports, blogs, and marketing materials
• Collate information from teams across multiple offices
• Produce and update marketing collateral, including fact sheets and brochures
• Format submission content using InDesign templates
Skills & Experience:
• Prior experience in a similar Bid Coordinator role within architecture or design-led studios
• Strong InDesign skills
• Ability to apply design aesthetics and contribute creatively to submissions
• Confident engaging with clients and internal teams; strong communicator
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
