What You’ll Be Doing:
* Raising and managing purchase orders in line with internal demand
* Liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times and delivery schedules
* Supporting supplier performance reviews and resolving any delivery or quality issues
* Maintaining accurate data within the MRP/ERP system
* Monitoring stock levels to support replenishment and avoid shortages or overstocking
* Contributing to pricing reviews and cost-saving initiatives
* Ensuring supplier compliance and documentation is kept up to date
What we're looking for:
* Experience in a purchasing, procurement or supply chain role
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to manage supplier relationships
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
* Experience with MRP/ERP systems
