As a member of the Here4U team you will have limitless opportunities to make a huge difference to the lives of children and young people up to 25 years old in our care and leaving care. The team support these children and young people to ensure they receive the best possible opportunities in life. In the Here4U Team you will be working directly with young people from age 16 – 25 on a daily basis, building long term relationships supporting them to achieve their potential as adults. To enable you to work to your best, we will develop you in your role and as part of the team; additional training and support will be provided, and you will have an opportunity to develop the range of interventions and skills you bring to make a difference to children and young people. You will have opportunities to work alongside your peers, with the delivery of group work and activities with care leavers. This role will require the worker to have some flexibility in the working hours to meet young people’s needs, with the possibility of evening and weekend work. Our Offer Salary: £33,945 - £37,336 per annum Annual Leave: 28 days, plus 8 bank holidays (rising to 33 with 5yrs continuous service). Local Government Pension Scheme.
