This is a proactive, commercially focused role centred on account development, customer retention, and long-term relationship building. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts Reignite dormant accounts and identify new revenue opportunities Upsell and cross-sell within established client relationships Proactively follow up on warm enquiries and inbound leads Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email Prepare tailored quotations and maintain accurate CRM records Liaise with purchasing to ensure product availability Produce clear sales reports for management What Were Looking For Experience in sales, account management, or business development Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with customers by phone Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset Self-motivated, proactive, and well organised Able to manage multiple priorities effectively Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools About the Company A well-established UK distribution business with a strong reputation for high-quality products and excellent customer service.
