The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of commercial property and real estate work, which may include:
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Commercial leases and property management
* Development and investment work
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions
You'll work as part of a collaborative team, with direct access to London-based colleagues and clients, providing excellent opportunities for learning and progression.
The Person
* Qualified Solicitor in NI and E&W- 1 -3 years PQE
* Training and/or experience gained at a reputable mid-tier or top-tier law firm
* Strong technical skills and sound commercial judgement
* Excellent communication and drafting abilities
