What the Job Involves The Practice Manager for Safeguarding Performance is responsible for supporting the Team Manager in delivering strategic aims and ensuring high-quality service provision for the citizens of Tower Hamlets. This role involves supervising social workers and support officers, providing them with management, professional expertise, and guidance. You will be responsible for leading safeguarding investigations and ensuring safe actions and plans are implemented to reduce the risk of abuse. Additionally, you will manage the Adult Safeguarding Working Group, assist in quality audits, and develop and deliver training programs. Your role also includes representing Adult Social Care at multi-agency panels and maintaining accurate safeguarding records.
