An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to manage a modern, luxurious care home based in Liverpool, Merseyside. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers. To be considered for this position you must hold an active NMC Pin and experience in managing care homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day‑to‑day running of the Nursing Home, leading a team of care professionals and delivering the highest standards of care.
* Build strong relationships with staff, residents and families, driving the organization’s values in everything you do.
* Ensure effective delivery of all care management processes and compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
* Lead and develop the nursing home team, including people management and workforce development.
Key Qualifications
* In‑depth understanding of regulatory requirements such as the Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations, KLOEs and rating characteristics.
* Passion for providing high‑quality, person‑centred care and dynamic, ambitious mindset for development.
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding care for residents.
* Essential dementia experience.
