We’re supporting a well established school in Northwood in their search for a Credit Controller to join their finance team on a 12 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively manage the credit control process, chasing outstanding fees via phone, email, and written communication.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, guardians, and internal teams.
* Monitor aged debt, escalate issues where necessary, and ensure accurate financial records.
* Support month end processes and reporting.
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold safeguarding and confidentiality requirements.
About You
* Experience in credit control or a similar finance role (school or education sector experience beneficial but not essential).
* Strong organisational abilities with good attention to detail.
