Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: Up to £29,000 per year, DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full-time or Part-Time
Hours: Am Shift: 7 hours or Evenings: 7 hours

About the Role:
As a Senior Support Worker, you will take a leading role in supporting your group of service users, including working with our NHS colleagues in the community.
You will be providing personal care in the community, supporting and encouraging people to live well and where possible take an active part in their community.
The role will involve working mornings, evenings and weekends on a rolling rota, you can choose between full time or part time hours: - Guaranteed hours. Am Shift 7 hours or Evenings 7 hours.
About You:
You will be passionate about care, treating people with respect, dignity and empathy.
You will ideally already have NVQ 2 / Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care, if not we can help you to work towards one.
Experience / Qualifications:
• Providing care: 1 year (preferred)
• Supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
• NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
• Driving License (required)
