The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll manage your local strategy, marketing, and hours, influencing your earnings. This role allows you to grow your own estate agency business in your area, from prospecting to negotiating.
Supported by Nested’s marketing team, you’ll handle local advertising and manage client relationships from start to finish using our smart selling app and in-house support.
You’ll benefit from a commission structure starting at 75% of revenue, increasing to 100%, rewarding your effort and skill.
Requirements
* 5-10 years of top estate agency experience valuing properties, winning business, and delighting customers.
* Strategic understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and building local valuation pipelines.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and proactive attitude.
* Deep knowledge of your local area, including amenities, schools, and hotspots.
* Alignment with Nested’s values and a customer-centric approach.
* Social media skills are a bonus; enthusiasm for building your personal brand is expected.
