The Renaissance at Kelham Hall are seeking a highly skilled and organised Project Manager specialising in construction projects, ideally with heritage experience. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage resources effectively.
Duties
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth communication and project progression.
* Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
* Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues for senior management.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage procurement processes and oversee the delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
* Implement effective time management strategies to optimise productivity across all project stages.
Requirements
* Proven experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
* Excellent organisational skills with a focus on effective time management.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
