We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team in Kirkby. In this role, you will support daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office processes, contributing to our company's mission of sustainability and community service.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate office activities to ensure efficient operations.
* Handle correspondence, phone calls, and customer inquiries professionally.
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems.
* Prepare reports and manage documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Support financial processes by assisting with invoicing and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
* Organize meetings, appointments, and office supplies.
* Collaborate with team members to improve administrative procedures.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently.
* Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
* Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
