POSITION OVERVIEW The Operations Specialist responsibilities include working with both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central clients to provide product inventory management, product demand forecasting, Amazon fulfillment center order creation, shipping coordination, dispute management, and associated reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation coordination. Above all, this candidate should have strong attention to detail and initiative in completing tasks. Responsibilities/Accountabilities Responsible for overseeing small less complex clients Monitor operational performance infractions and chargebacks in Vendor Central and report on changes and trends weekly, monthly, and quarterly Submit and track disputes per best practices SOP’s and client SLA’s and escalate any denials to Amazon as needed Perform SKU level profitability checks Conduct regular review of vendor product inventory Generate and format sales and inventory reports for analysis Utilize reports and internal tools for inventory forecasting Create periodic product ordering recommendations for clients Finalize shipment order availability, origin, and services with clients Create and submit order shipments in Amazon Seller Central Analyze shipment options to find the most cost-effective shipment solutions Coordinate shipping with vendor warehouses Track and trace shipments from creation to delivery Ensure shipped product is received and accounted for at fulfillment centers Troubleshoot and solve transportation issues with Amazon Create cases for vendor reimbursements, order adjustments, and technical issues with Amazon Analyze FBA product inventory to ensure sufficient stock for future sales while minimizing overstock and storage fees Knowledge/Skills Intermediate skills in MS Excel. Experience with Marcos is a plus. Knowledge of freight transportation processes and terms Experience dealing with customs formalities is a plus Familiar with warehousing, preparation and packaging, labeling, and fulfillment Familiar with end to end supply chain processes Experienced in inventory forecasting Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Data and technical experience a plus – EDI/API Familiarity with Amazon fulfilment programs in Europe is a plus Fluency in languages such as French, Italian or German is a plus Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or H.S. diploma with equivalent experience 6 months - 2 years of relevant experience Intermediate skills in MS Excel Experience working in inventory management Experienced in warehousing and/or freight/logistics, supply chain, packaging operations Sponsorship for work visa unavailable Equal Opportunity Employer Salary Description £33,000-£45,000- plus bonus
