Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 6:00, Saturday 8.30 - 5:00, Sunday 11 - 4:00.
Salary: £75,000 OTE (including £45,000 to £55,000 basic plus bonus)
Are you looking for a career-defining role and eager to be part of something new and exciting? Edinburgh Audi is seeking an ambitious and talented Sales Manager to lead the team.
As a Sales Manager, you will serve as a role model for customer service excellence, leading by example. You will develop long-lasting relationships with customers and coach the team to do the same. Reporting to Stephen Inglis, General Sales Manager, you will oversee our on-site team of Sales Executives. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
You will manage the daily operations of the showroom, including vehicle valuations and sales, overseeing the vehicle journey from workshop prep to showroom presentation. You will collaborate with the divisional buyer, prep technicians, detailers, and photography team to maintain marketing standards.
Responsibilities
* Managing the full sales process, from web inquiry to showroom
* Managing staff performance through 121s, training, and development
* Implementing department targets and KPIs
* Buying vehicles and maintaining up-to-date stock pricing
* Ensuring FCA compliance within the Sales Department
* Managing and owning customer satisfaction
Qualifications
You should have prior experience in a similar premium automotive environment with a proven track record in transactional sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in leading a motivated team and maximizing team performance is essential.
You must have experience monitoring financial performance against budgets and addressing shortfalls promptly. Knowledge of finance and insurance product regulations is required. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills are also necessary.
