The CMO will be responsible for advancing brand growth, elevating customer engagement, and leading the organisation’s digital transformation agenda. You will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to a multi-functional team. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be up to: Set and deliver the marketing strategy for TBG and its business units, ensuring alignment to organisational goals. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Drive digital transformation and leverage data to inform decisions, optimise campaigns, and demonstrate ROI. Oversee the National Contact Hub and lead-generation functions to deliver high-quality outcomes for B2B and B2C audiences. Protect and grow TBG’s brand presence across all channels, managing reputation, messaging, and stakeholder engagement. Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximise the impact of marketing initiatives. This role is permanent full time based from our Southport Head Office. Expertise in digital transformation, data-driven marketing, and customer journey optimisation. Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring and empowering teams. Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels. Experience managing brand reputation and delivering measurable business results.
