CMA Accountant – Motor Retail
Location: Covering York, Hull & Scarborough
Salary: Up to £68,000 basic salary + bonus + company car
Our client is a highly respected and well-established Motor Retail Group, operating a large number of franchise outlets across over 15 locations throughout the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced CMA Accountant to support their dealerships in York, Hull and Scarborough.
This is a field-based role, and the business is flexible on where candidates are based, provided they live within reasonable proximity to one of the three locations and are willing to travel regularly between sites.
The Role
- Production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Financial analysis, forecasting and performance reporting
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and FCA requirements
- Supporting dealership management with financial insight and controls
- Working closely with Group Finance and senior dealership leadership
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a CMA Accountant within the Automotive / Motor Retail sector
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes and manufacturer standards
- Fully qualified or highly experienced CMA Accountant
- Full and valid UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel regularly between York, Hull and Scarborough
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
