Are you passionate about sales, people, and creating a standout customer experience? We're looking for a Showroom Team Leader who will bring energy, drive, and leadership to our busy showroom.You'll play a key role in supporting the Showroom Manager – from leading the team and coaching colleagues, to making sure our displays are eye-catching and our customers leave delighted.

What You'll Be Doing
* Driving Sales – lead by example on the showroom floor, spotting opportunities, coaching the team, and making sure sales targets are met (and exceeded).
* Inspiring the Team – train, mentor, and support colleagues to build their product knowledge, sales confidence, and customer service skills.
* Delivering Great Service – ensure every customer receives a warm welcome, expert advice, and a positive experience from start to finish.
* Running the Showroom – help with people management, stock accuracy, merchandising, and showroom standards – stepping up to manage the department when the Manager is away.
* Keeping it Fresh – organise eye-catching displays and make sure the showroom always looks its best.
* Engaging the Team – lead daily huddles and toolbox talks to keep everyone motivated and focused.
What We're Looking For
* A strong sales focus and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
* Customer service experience – you know how to connect with people and resolve issues with confidence.
* Supervisory or Team Leader experience (helpful, but not essential).
* A natural coach who enjoys training and developing others.
* Clear communication, good decision-making, and strong organisational skills.
* IT literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
* A positive, proactive attitude – you thrive on challenges and change.
