The Job Taking responsibility for some key day to day processes in line with company guidelines and ensuring smooth communication between all parties Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on project objectives. Resource Coordination: Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Ensure resources are efficiently utilised throughout the project lifecycle. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, team members, and external vendors. Maintain effective and timely communication to ensure smooth project execution. Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and change logs. Ensure all project records are accurate and up-to-date. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project delivery, and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with client expectations. Problem Solving: Address project-related issues promptly and effectively, escalating concerns as necessary to senior management. Budget Monitoring: Track and report on project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints. Any other task associated with the efficient technical support of a Workshop. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES REQUIRED Essential Proven experience in a project coordination or similar role, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions. Ability to build positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Desirable Education: A degree or equivalent qualification within Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Certification in Project Management, such as PRINCE2 or PMP. Experience in Agriculture. Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
