You’re an experienced Project Manager who has played a key role in the successful delivery of complex residential or commercial builds, and now you’re ready to scale up.

With a reputation built on quality, innovation, and community impact, this firm is poised for growth and is actively seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to support the delivery of a landmark $300M Student Housing project, with additional major projects in the pipeline across Toronto and Barrie.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
1. Motivation and a clear drive to succeed: you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them
2. Proven experience with a GC or CM on large-scale builds, ideally over $100M in value
3. A strong background in residential, student housing, or large commercial builds
4. A collaborative approach: you know how to engage trades, consultants, clients, and internal teams to get the job done right
5. A strategic mindset and a passion for excellence in execution
6. Based in a commuting distance to Peterborough, ON
