Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative / Claims Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:
Answering customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
Providing accurate information about our services and assisting with claims processing.
Handling customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
Processing claims for faulty or broken appliances in a timely manner.
Maintaining clear and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Liaising with engineers and suppliers to coordinate service appointments.
