Were recruiting Production Operativesto join a leading Northampton-based engineering company producing high-quality radiators and cooling systems for the power generation industry.
What youll be doing:
* Processing cores (radiators) through the production line
* Checking quality at each stage of manufacture
* Handling and moving heavy components using magnetic and chain hoists
* Following all health & safety and housekeeping standards
* Supporting other areas of production when required
Skills & experience required:
* Previous manufacturing or engineering experience preferred
* Practical, hands-on approach
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Reliable, flexible, and good attention to detail
Benefits:
