Role Responsibilities
* Lead the project management function across multiple fundraising mandates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of investor materials.
* Collaborate closely with the investor relations team to prepare investment round-ups, updates, and bespoke communications for LPs.
* Coordinate with investment teams to gather insights and translate them into compelling investor-facing content.
* Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure consistency and quality across all fundraising documentation and reporting.
* Support the development and refinement of internal processes to improve efficiency and execution.
Ideal Candidate
* 15+ years of experience in project management or investor relations.
* Strong understanding of investor relations workflows and fundraising processes.
* Ability to work closely with investment teams and translate technical content into clear, investor-friendly materials.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
* Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
* Demonstrated ability to bring structure and clarity to complex projects and deliverables.
