We are seeking a passionate and enthusiasticEarly Career Teacher (ECT)to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will have a genuine love for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliverengaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

* Assessand monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider school community.
Person Specification
Essential:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and registration with the Teaching Regulation Agency.
* Recent experience in teaching (including placements) within a SEN school setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Familiarity with the National Curriculum and current educational practices.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
