Roles and Responsibilities
* Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
* Ensure colleagues are deployed correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift.
* Act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Ensure the store remains safe at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
* Passionate about customers and doing the right thing for them.
* Enjoy interacting with colleagues and working in a team.
* Safety conscious and detail‑oriented to spot compliance opportunities.
* Bring energy to each day and motivate those around you.
* Confident in having autonomy and making decisions for the customer at pace.
