We're looking for a proactive People Operations Coordinator join a fast-paced, founder-led consultancy business based in Leeds.
Reporting directly to our People Director, you'll be the first point of contact for all things People. You'll support the team by delivering seamless HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and helping to embed a culture that puts wellbeing at its core.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary People contact for employees across the business
* Manage day-to-day people operations including systems, documentation, and queries
* Own the onboarding and induction process for new starters
* Support wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the team
* Administer and manage our employee benefits scheme
* Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes
* Provide general HR admin support and assist with people-related projects
About You:
* Prior experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant role
* A solid understanding of people processes, systems, and UK employment basics
* Great communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Confidence handling confidential information with professionalism and care
* Strong organisational skills
* Experience with HRIS or people systems is a bonus
This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Leeds, offering circa £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
