Be responsible for overseeing various aspects of site operations, including financial management, business development, strategic planning, and team management.

Deliver effective & safe services to maximize operational efficiency, within budget & to VMR standard.

Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development and Veolia values.

Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback to ensure the team's success.

Continuously monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Drive a culture of Customer Centricity, ensuring all Customer Service and Operational KPIs are maximized.

Develop and manage the site budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources & utilization of the most efficient disposal and recycling solutions.

Provide clear, transparent & accurate reporting of business performance.

Deliver operational efficiencies through digital media, asset utilization, and cost control.

Understand local market conditions, competitors, and opportunities for growth.

Serve as Nominated Transport Manager 2 with overall responsibility for fleet management.

Foster relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and regulatory agencies to enhance business operations and market presence.

Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Effectively communicate business strategies to future customers.

Qualifications include IOSH Managing Safely, Level 3 Leadership & Management or equivalent experience, Transport CPC, financial and budget management experience, and fleet management experience.
