About the Role:
Live Business are looking for a driven manager with a proven track record in River Cruises to join our expanding team of industry professionals as an Account Manager, specialising in River Cruise accounts.
Responsibilities:
* To recruit staff suited to the client's requirements.
* Provide training to new recruits prior to their contract starting.
* Ensure all staff are compliant with the correct paperwork and certification.
* Create weekly schedules and rotas to deliver high quality entertainment to the customers.
* Have weekly calls with the team and set regular objectives.
* Achieve expected customer satisfaction targets, as set by the client.
* Carry out regular consultant visits, meeting clients, staff and customers.
* Daily contact with the client, ensuring that they are satisfied with the services they are receiving from Live Business.
* Liaising with the act department to provide appropriate acts, musicians, speakers and guest entertainers.
* Working with the client to provide programming and schedules to suit each itinerary and destination.
* Working with the creative team to provide a steer on new light entertainment content and shows.
* Liaising with the technical department to ensure kit is maintained and installs are carried out safely.
* Booking consultants and specialists to assist in the creation and delivery of the concept.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience of the River Cruise sector
* A track record of successful management within the entertainment industry.
* Strong communicator, with training experience.
* Problem solver and able to keep cool under pressure.
* Great interpersonal and organisational skills.
