This new Head of Data Science & Analytics role will lead a growing UK-based function within the Audio Division, acting as a strategic partner across digital, revenue, and marketing. You'll help shape the organisation’s data vision while leading on predictive modelling, experimentation, and insight delivery at scale.
🧩 What you’ll be doing:
* Build and lead a team of data scientists, analysts, and BI engineers
* Own the strategy for how data is used to drive growth, engagement, and commercial outcomes
* Deliver predictive models to optimise audience targeting, content strategy, and advertising revenue
* Develop analytics products and tooling to support multiple business units
* Act as a key point of contact for European stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Translate complex data into actionable insight for both technical and non-technical audiences
🔍 Key skills & experience:
* Strong expertise in SQL and Python
* Proven experience building and deploying statistical and predictive models
* Experience leading high-performing data science or advanced analytics teams
* Track record of influencing strategy through data
* Engaging, collaborative, and able to lead with clarity and confidence
