Design and deliver technical solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, guide internal teams on best practices, and drive innovative integrations to enhance customer engagement strategies.
Job Details:
* Service Description: Help shape and deliver technical solutions using Salesforce, managing customer communications via Email, SMS, and PUSH.
* Profile Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Software Engineer
* Location: Remote, Anywhere from UK or Europe
* Work Type: Remote
Responsibilities:
* Design and document scalable solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio/Cloud Pages).
* Translate business requirements into actionable solutions to optimize marketing workflows.
* Perform integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.
* Provide production support and investigate incidents, including out-of-hours support if needed.
Mandatory Skills:
* Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification
* Knowledge of mobile app SDKs and API integrations
* Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, TLS, SSL, and data encryption
* SQL, Ampscript, HTML
Nice to Have Skills:
* Agile methodologies
Qualities:
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience:
* 3-5+ years of relevant experience
* University degree in technology, preferably in computer science
