Job Description:
Role: As the Strategic Project Manager - Brand Experiences, you will be responsible for the strategic development and project planning of brand experience projects. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including regions and retailers, to ensure the successful implementation of the annual marketing plan and launch planning strategy. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, budget management, and engagement with agencies in the corporate events arena. Flexibility to travel globally and a full driving license are required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the strategic planning of the Brand Experience team and event projects.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and requirements for projects.
3. Create comprehensive business cases for project approvals and successful delivery.
4. Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative approaches.
5. Set targets, monitor progress, and ensure global alignment.
6. Manage budgets and support the planning and delivery of various events.
About You:
Ideal candidates will have experience in strategic development and delivering successful programs within a customer-driven environment. Excellent project management skills, with certifications such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP, are highly desirable. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Experience with analytical and data-driven problem-solving, and working with agencies in the corporate events arena, is advantageous.
