Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage production schedules across CNC machining, ensuring capacity is used effectively
* Sequence work intelligently based on machines, tooling and available resource
* Work closely with engineering and production to make sure routes and cycle times stack up
* Keep control of WIP, materials and priorities to avoid bottlenecks and delays
* Act as the link between sales and the shop floor, keeping everyone aligned on delivery
What we’re looking for
* Solid background in production planning within CNC machining or precision engineering
* Strong understanding of milling, turning and multi-axis environments
* Comfortable reading drawings and understanding how parts flow through production
* Confident using ERP/MRP systems, with good Excel skills
* Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing control
