The role
Offers a daily mix of phone-based customer service and administration work in a busy and friendly office within an expanding and stable organization.
Customer Service Administrator – duties include:
* Answering and resolving customer queries via telephone and email, taking ownership of tasks.
* General policy administration.
* Proactively following up on customer inquiries and converting them into policies where possible.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction is exceeded.
* Producing high-quality documents and maintaining computer records.
* Gaining a strong knowledge and understanding of company products.
* Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
* Undertaking regular learning and development.
Experience, competencies, and knowledge required:
* Experience in a telephone-based or customer-facing/support role.
* Good general education, including GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
* Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding expectations.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good prioritization and time management skills with high accuracy levels.
* Good IT skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
