We’re looking for compassionate, resilient tutors to work with students in Doncaster who require tailored SEND support. Many of the young people we support are facing barriers such as SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, or school avoidance, and we’re seeking educators who can bring patience, empathy, and creativity into their sessions. As a tutor, you’ll deliver one-to-one or small group sessions that are structured, nurturing, and fully aligned with individual EHCP targets. The goal is simple: re-engagement, confidence building, and helping students see a future beyond the classroom. - Pay: £25–£30 per hour - Flexible sessions (school hours or evenings) - Doncaster-based assignments with a variety of schools and home settings - Planning support, safeguarding backing, and local coordination provided If you want to make a genuine difference to young people in Doncaster, we’d love to hear from you.
