Responsibilities
* Support and motivate the in-store team on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store’s targets by identifying and maximising opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, while setting an example in exemplary customer service.
* Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities enable successful commercial execution.
* Become an expert in the hand-crafted luxury product; with support from the regional sales manager, nurture and develop the team to unlock potential and support succession.
As a Store Manager you’ll have
* Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in-store
* A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service
* An understanding of how local and global business strategy translates into delivery of store, regional, and division KPIs
* Experience using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and the ability to take action to deliver when opportunities are identified
* Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team
* Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
* A positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for the brand’s product and core values
* A well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail
