Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist with expertise in advanced assessments and rehabilitation to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in conducting advanced assessments, clinical diagnoses, and providing specialized treatment to patients within your specialty area. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive physiotherapist who is passionate about enhancing the rehabilitation journey for patients in need. The post is available to start as soon as possible, offering full time hours per week for an initial period of 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting advanced assessments and clinical evaluations to diagnose and determine appropriate treatment plans for patients requiring rehabilitation within your specialty area.
* Developing and implementing individualized treatment programs based on comprehensive assessments and evidence-based practice guidelines.
* Providing specialized physiotherapy interventions to optimize patient outcomes and promote independence in daily activities.
* Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support for patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
Requirements:
* Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
* HCPC registration.
* Substantial experience working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist, with a focus on advanced assessments and rehabilitation within your specialty area.
* Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to make informed decisions regarding patient care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of advancements in physiotherapy practice.
