Practice Manager - Modality Partnership Walsall Division
Modality Partnership Walsall Division has a full-time vacancy for a Practice Manager based at Pleck Health Centre. The postholder will be a high-performing Practice Manager working across the division, providing strategic and operational management as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Salary: £27,500 - £29,000 per annum WTE.
This role is suitable for career-driven individuals passionate about working in an agile manner, implementing solutions, and delivering key organizational priorities to improve primary care services and patient care. It involves hands-on management and operational responsibilities, including day-to-day practice management, staff supervision, premises management, and project implementation across the division and wider organization.
The Practice Manager will work with partners to meet national and local performance and quality standards, including those set by CQC, ICB, and NHSE. They will also oversee health and safety within the practice and collaborate with other managers and teams.
